Embedding Our Calculators
You may embed our calculators on your own website, free of charge, using the code on our embed page. The widget must stay unchanged and keep its link back to CalorieJoy, and the site showing it must not break these terms or the law. We record the address of every site that shows a widget, and we may switch a widget off for any site at any time.
Nutritional Information
Nutritional information provided on our website, including recipe nutrition data and calculator results, is for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, values may vary based on specific ingredients, portion sizes, and preparation methods. Always verify nutritional information if you have specific dietary needs or health conditions.
Health Calculators
Our health calculators (BMI, BMR, TDEE, ideal body weight, daily calorie intake, macros, body fat, water intake, weight loss) and the meal plan generator provide estimates based on general formulas. These tools are for educational and informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a healthcare provider before making changes to your diet or exercise routine.
Paid Services
Some of what we offer is paid. The price is shown on the page of each service before you order, in Ukrainian hryvnia for services offered in Ukraine.
- «Твій план», a personal meal plan. We write the first day of the plan free of charge and send it to the email address you gave within two days. Then you decide. If you say yes, you pay the price shown on the page by bank transfer, and once the payment has arrived you receive the rest: the two-week plan and email contact with the author while you follow it. If you say no, the free day is yours to keep and you owe nothing.
- Coaching, a monthly service at the price shown on the coaching page, which also describes what a month includes. The intake and the first reply are free. The work starts once we have both agreed to work together and the month is paid.
- Guides are sold through Ko-fi as digital products under that service's terms.

Refunds
A personal plan and coaching are made for one person and cannot be returned. You see the free day before you pay, so there are no refunds once a payment has been made. By saying yes you ask us to start on the rest of the plan at once and agree that, once it has been sent, the order cannot be cancelled. If we cannot deliver what you paid for, for example because your health answers mean we may not write a plan for you, we will say so before payment, and if the payment has already arrived we will return it in full.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those websites. Visiting third-party links is at your own risk.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
