Coaching intake

Before we start, I need the honest version.

This page is so I am not asking you twenty questions across four days of messages. Fill it in and send it. That is the whole thing.

Quick thing before we start, and I need you to actually read it. I am not a doctor and I am not a registered dietitian. I lost 46 kg myself and kept it off: my bloodwork is clean and my metabolic age came back at 21, at 36 years old. What I offer is the system I used and still use: calories, protein, meal structure, and me checking on you every single week.

I do not diagnose anything, I do not treat anything, and I do not change what your doctor prescribed. If your health comes into it - kidneys, heart, blood sugar, your cycle, your meds - I will send you to a doctor.

If you are good with that, we start.

  • -Advice on medication or supplements
  • -A list of forbidden foods
Part one

Who you are

So I can reach you somewhere I will not lose track of.

Part two

The numbers

These go into the calculator. Weigh yourself this morning rather than telling me what you usually are - guessing here means your targets are wrong from day one.

The energy equations differ. This is the biology field, nothing else.

Part three

The story

This matters as much as the numbers. The numbers tell me where to start. This tells me why it stopped working last time, which is the thing we actually have to fix.

Part four

Safety

Every one of these needs an answer before I can work out a single number.

Some answers here mean I send you to a doctor before we go any further. That is not a rejection, and it is not me being careful with myself - it is me being careful with you. The offer stays open for after they clear you.

Are you pregnant, or trying to conceive?
Are you breastfeeding?
Have you ever had an eating disorder, or been treated for one?

Anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, anything in that territory. Including if it was years ago and you consider it behind you.

Any kidney disease?
Diabetes?
If yes: are you on insulin or a sulfonylurea?

Sulfonylureas are glipizide, glimepiride, gliclazide. If you are not sure, copy the name off the box.

Any heart condition?

Heart failure, a heart attack, an irregular heartbeat.

Any liver disease?
Have you ever had weight-loss (bariatric) surgery?
Have you missed three or more periods in a row, outside pregnancy or menopause?
Are you on Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, or anything similar?

This is not a problem. It changes your protein target and how fast we go, so I need to know.

Thyroid, PCOS, blood pressure, antidepressants, anything.

What happens next. I read this myself, run your numbers, and come back with a starting structure and your first week. Usually within a day.

Your answers go to me and nowhere else. They are not sold, not shared, and not used to advertise anything to you.

This is not medical advice and it is not a substitute for care from a doctor or a registered dietitian.
