Salt & Pepper Air Fryer Turkey Breast Bites
Nutrition per Serving
Turkey breast in the air fryer is one of the leanest protein options you can make. Cut it into chunks, hit it with salt and pepper, and let the air fryer do its thing. The pieces come out golden on the outside, juicy inside — no marinade needed.
The trick to keeping turkey breast from drying out is cutting it into equal-sized pieces so they cook evenly, and not overcooking. 26 minutes at 356°F (180°C) with a flip halfway is the sweet spot. If you've tried our Smoky Paprika Air Fryer Chicken Breast, this is the turkey equivalent — same approach, different protein.
At 291 calories and 59g of protein, this is about as lean as it gets. Great for meal prep — cook the batch, pair with whatever sides you have. Check our Daily Calorie Intake Calculator to see how it fits your macros.
