Soy-Garlic Air Fryer Chicken Thighs
Nutrition per Serving
A quick soy sauce marinade turns boneless chicken thighs into something that tastes way more involved than it is. Ten minutes in soy, garlic powder, and pepper is enough to get the flavor into the meat — no overnight wait needed.
The two-stage air frying is what gives these the color. 22 minutes at 356°F (180°C) cooks them through, then 2 minutes at 400°F (200°C) caramelizes the soy sauce on the surface for that dark, glossy finish. If you liked our Smoky Paprika Air Fryer Chicken Breast, these are the juicier, more flavorful cousin — thighs hold up better than breast for marinades.
