Soy-Garlic Air Fryer Mushrooms (70 Cal)
Nutrition
Whole mushrooms, soy sauce, garlic, air fryer, 14 minutes. That's it. These come out golden and caramelized with a savory umami bite from the soy marinade — no oil needed.
The key is keeping them whole. Whole champignons hold their moisture during the quick marinade, then release it in the air fryer, concentrating the flavor as they shrink down. A quick 5-10 minute soy-garlic soak is all you need. If you're tracking your intake with our daily calorie intake calculator, you'll appreciate that an entire plate of these is just 70 calories.
Pair them with air fryer chicken breast or turkey breast bites for a full high-protein meal. Or toss them with our creamy yogurt mustard sauce for dipping.
